HOW TO RETRACT THE LADDER? Please strictly obey the instruction to avoid fingers injured. 1) One hand holds upper pipe above the rung that needs retracting. 2) Another hand pushes 2 collapse buttons on the underneath rung to its center position. 3) The telescopic ladder will fold slowly and smoothly by itself. 4) Repeat the same operation till the ladder retracted fully. It may take 10 seconds for ONE rung, for folding faster, just give gentle down forward force to close extension ladder quickly
